 The 8th edition of the "Wildlife Epidemiology and Disease Control" course [WildEpi-8] will be imparted in English in this edition. It is an eminently practical course that offers advanced training in wildlife disease, epidemiology of shared infections, and sanitary control in wildlife. The course is taught by international experts and it´s coordinated by the research group in Health and Biotechnology of the University of Castilla - La Mancha and the CSIC (SaBio team).

It will take place in the main building of the IREC (Campus of Ciudad Real, Ronda de Toledo 12) and includes laboratory sessions and field work. It is structured in two intensive weeks, a first block on “Wildlife Health", from November 19 to 23, 2018, and a second block about “Wildlife Disease Control", from March 11 to 15, 2019.
